The Wheelhouse - Gym

Located between "The Stables and "Millers Cottage" is the wheelhouse. Originally part of the Farm Mill and where the water wheel and mill where once located, a spacious gym and wet room has been created.

With a full size table tennis table, an exercise bicycle, rowing machine, dart board and Infra red Sauna, along with exercise ball, yoga matt, light dumbells and skipping ropes, the wheelhouse is designed for gentle exercise. There is a shower / wet room / toilet.

The Sauna uses therapeutic infra red heaters to warm your muscles, has an ipod/mp3/cd player/radio (bring your own music). Sessions last upto 45mins and can be private if booked on the blackboard, maximum occupancy is 4 people.
