Ceredigion  is  at  the  Heart of  West  Wales  and is dominated by the Cardigan Bay coastline. Seaside towns such as Aberaeron, New Quay are  a  must  visit and  within easy  reach  by  car.  Inland  there are the towns of Lampeter,Llandeilo and Llandovery with their eclectic mix of restaurants,shops, galleries & pubs. Along with the Ancient capital of Wales Carmarthen and Cenarth home of waterfalls and the National Coracle centre. Many Country Parks, a Roman gold mine, a series of spectacular waterfalls, historic houses and many many castles. Day trips can include the vibrant and the dramatic coastline of Carmarthenshire and neighbouring Pembrokeshire.

Trout Fishing on the Teifi River is excellent and day permits can be bought locally from the Porth hotel in Llandysul.

For the more adventurous, gorge walking and kayaking is available.
