Katie strives to use the best locally grown organic ( where possible )welsh produce to provide a varied seasonal menu, including hearty breakfasts to 3 course evening meals (upon request). Breakfast by the Rayburn is an informal affair with Basil the parrot, regularly commenting for your and our amusement ( a piece of toast with butter keeps him quiet!). Weather permitting the Gazebo provides an outside eating area or just somewhere to sit and chill with a drink. Watch Red Kites and Buzzards soaring over the valley or take a stroll and see the donkeys. Breakfasts or evening meals can be taken in the dining room for a more intimate atmosphere (given prior notice).
Pea soup with parma ham twists, Goulash made with local beef and celeriac coleslaw with rocket wrapped in parma ham are just some of the choices available.
