WHAT WE OFFER: B&B Accommodation in the farmhouse, in one of our three large bedrooms. Choosing from our King Size Four poster with private staircase and sole use of large private bathroom. Alternatively our new Super King or Twin option room with double aspect and en suite. Free Wifi throughout the house, ample parking and the use of our Twin 8 seater HOT TUBS, sauna, table tennis and wet room* all help to make your stay perfect. We can also provide evening meals and can cater for all dietary requirements including,Slimming World, Coeliac, GLUTEN free and Vegan given advance notice. Self catering accommodation "The Dairy", 125m2 of luxury, including a huge vaulted ceiling sitting room with 50inch plasma TV, wifi throughout, log burner, open plan kitchen with all mod cons, three large bedrooms master with four poster and en-suite, bathroom with separate shower and bath, unlimited hot water and two patio areas. Sole use of one of our 8 seater Hot Tubs Self catering accommodation in "The Stables", designed with couples in mind, for a romantic hideaway, quiet five star stay in converted stables, with all the features and beams, but with all the 21st century facilities the discerning traveller would expect. Private Use of large 8 seater Hot Tub Self Catering accommodation in "Millers Cottage" for the smaller party, sleeps up to 4 in two en-suite bedrooms (one Super King and King size). Full size kitchen diner and a separate sitting room with 42" TV, DVD and log burner. A decked terrace balcony can be accessed from The King size bedroom. Enclosed garden with patio. Dog friendly! Private Use of large 8 seater Hot Tub We welcome friendly dogs that are good with other animals in most cottages* and B&B. Doggy Day Care in our purpose built kennel block is now available, allowing you to leave "your prince or princess" with us during the day if you fancy a special day out. FOR DOG OWNERS: Information for Dog Owners...Ceredigion welcomes responsible pet owners. Every beach managed by the Ceredigion County Council provides areas where you can enjoy the company of your pet dog. You must, however, exercise control over your pet and ensure it does not stray from the designated areas. You should also be aware that all beaches in Ceredigion are designated under the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996 under which it is an offence - punishable by a fine of up to £1,000 - not to clean up after your dog. Ceredigion Beach Officer Lifeguards can and do call upon the County Council's Dog Warden service to enforce byelaws. There are only two public beaches on Ceredigion's coastline where pet dogs are completely banned during certain times of year, those involve two beaches managed by the National Trust at Penbryn and Mwnt. No prohibitions apply to guide dogs for the blind. Please Note: We aim to offer relaxing getaways for adults and therefore we unfortunately do not accept children under the age of 14 years * a small extra charge for B&B guests all inclusive for cottage guests, see Tariffs and Terms page.
